Escape the hustle and bustle of Lisbon and get back to nature at the remote beach of Sesimbra. Cross the Tagus River on the iconic 25 de Abril Bridge, and then journey on to a secret beach to discover one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe. Relax on the hard-to-reach beach and go for a swim and snorkel in the blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean, if conditions allow. Then, head back to Lisbon and stop at the Christ-King statue square for amazing views of the city. Great views, amazing wild beach, the bluest waters, easy going vibe and our vans will make you feel like you are in a road trip. It’s the perfect day trip!"

Important Information
- Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers
- Travelers should have a high level of physical fitness
- Please note that the path between the car and the beach is difficult and not recommended for people with reduced mobility. The beach is located in a natural park and the way is not paved. Good, sturdy shoes are recommended if possible. Flip flops are not recommended
- Please bring bottled water
- Minimum age is 6 years
- A maximum of 8 people per booking
- In case of schedule restrictions for accessing the Christ-King square, we will stop at the Viewpoint Boca do Vento next to the Christ-King or at Sesimbra Castle
- Costumers need to bring a child seat for their childreen. If you do not have one please contact us over phone to confirm availability.

It was a great excursion & for the beach you got at the end, the experience was worth it! The hiking trail ultimately took an hour and not 30 minutes and was also much rockier than expected. Tip: Pack really only what is necessary :) In return, we had an incredibly great view from up there on the path, which you wouldn't have gotten by boat. Lara our tour guide was really very flexible. We didn't go to Cristo Rei, but stayed at the beach a bit longer instead (FYI: approx. 2 hours on site at the beach are planned) and returned by boat for an extra charge. It was really fun & I would book it again anytime.☺️🏝️🌊🌅

Our guide, Ness, drove us to a secluded beach paradise in Sesimbra and to the Cristo Rei statue. He was a wealth of knowledge and a delight to talk with! We really enjoyed the special trip to see the natural beauty of Portugal and learn about the rich history!
Our tour guide Ness was very informative on the areas we toured! He gave us plenty of time at each spot. We loved everything about our tour!
Ness was a fantastic tour guide with a vast knowledge of the history of Portugal. We had lots of questions and he was able to answer all.
Ness guided our group, we were able to spend time snorkeling at the beach, on a short hike, and with a balance of time to enjoy resting on the beach. It was the perfect amount of time, returning by 2pm and we loved being able to stop and see the Christ statue. Our group loved Ness and he took great care of us on our experience!
It was such a lovely half-day tour ☺️ the beach was beautiful but be prepared for a hike with some sneakers! Our guide Nessim was lovely and very helpful!.
