For the price, fair for what you get. I'll suggest go up late afternoon so you catch daylight and sunset, and if you're not great with heights, the glass floor section is optional, you can skip it and still get everything else.
I'm so happy we reserved this. Everything about the experience, including the elevator ride and ticket pickup, seemed well planned. Major landmarks are easily visible from above.
An incredibly romantic atmosphere was created by watching the sunset cast a golden glow across the city grid before millions of urban lights illuminated the river below. We had a drink at the top floor lounge while gazing out over the skyline after enjoying the views from the outdoor sky terrace.
Vendor did not email tickets as promised. Spoke with venue and they advised that this was a scam. Had to repurchase my tickets. Essentially wasted $50 for nothing. Buying tickets for the Tower here is not worth it. Tickets are available at the front admission desk.
