Description
Maui Surfer Girls is Maui’s Top-Rated Surf School! We are Maui's only female-owned, female-run surf school. Our semi-private surf lessons are for parties with 2-6 people, age 11 and up, and everyone knows how to swim. Our lessons are co-ed, with both male and female surf instructors with years of surfing and coaching experience. We are also one of the few surf schools that offer TWO-HOUR surf lessons (other schools offer only 1.5 hour classes). MAXIMIZE your time on the water with our unique and personalized teaching style, which we’ve been perfecting for over 20 years!

Surf's up, thumbs up! 2.0!
Came back a second time for a group surf lesson prior to leaving Maui. The weather was not the most cooperative but Maui Surface Girls was very reasonable with their accommodations and allowed me attend part of 2 separate classes to make up for lost time. Even though I was booked as part of a group, Jedi took time to get me up on a couple of waves while the rest of the class finished their lesson. He also swam out to pull me into a shallower area after I drifted out deeper than I attended. Mario the photographer captured some great shots! Surfing was definitely a highlight of my Maui trip, thanks again Maui Surfer Girls!

Bucket list item!
My daughter (23) and I (52) wanted to attempt to surf. We were first timers and had some goals for surfing. With our instructor, Sloane, we accomplished our goals!! The team of instructors was very encouraging, enthusiastic and gave great tips for improving after each attempt. I would highly recommend Maui Surfer Girls - and lucky you if you get Sloane!

Our family surfing lesson was amazing! Sloane was welcoming and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain all the details. Our first time surfing and it was a great memorable experience. Highly recommend Sloane and Maui Surfer Girls!!

Spectacular First Surf Lesson
Had an awesome morning taking my first surf lesson with my wife. Our instructor, Andrew, did a fantastic job at explaining everything, guiding us through the steps and keeping it fun and interesting. It was an experience better than we imagined and we look forward to trying it again.

Great fun and Instruction
Andrew and Paisley were amazing instructors. Our kids (13 and 11 yo) had a blast and under the guidance were able to ride almost immediately. They instantly asked to surf again the next day. The on beach experience was quick, but informative, and we got in the water with the info we needed very fast (extremely important with the kids!). Would recommend this to anyone looking to catch a few waves.

Brilliant instructors- great for families
Highly recommend this for families - we did a lesson with our daughters aged 8 and 9 and we all absolutely loved it. We had 3 instructors and all were brilliant - kids were surfing together in a party in no time

Amazing Experience!
Maui Surfer Girls is exceptional! My daughters took a semi-private lesson with Megan, and had THE BEST time! They felt so safe and comfortable and ended the lesson wanting to know when we are going surfing again : ) I was so happy that they could have this opportunity to learn some surfing basics with an awesome female surfer. HIGHLY recommend!!
