Very good choice
was very happy with this service. Everything was well organized, clear and easy to understand, and the whole process of getting into the Vatican Museums was quick and smooth.
Yes, you pay more than for a regular entrance ticket, but for me it was absolutely worth it. On the day of my visit, the regular queue outside was extremely long and in the heat I would probably have spent more than two hours just waiting to get inside. With this service, I avoided all of that and entered very quickly.
Everything worked exactly as it should: clear meeting point, good organization and fast entry. I would definitely recommend this option, especially on busy and hot days.

A record time to the entrance of the Museums!!!
We had not chosen a guided tour but skip-the-line tickets for this visit. Thanks to Grey Line who had specially dedicated a person to us, we were able to go back up the very, very, very long line in record time and be led to the entrance of the museums. What precious time we saved!!! Thank you.

I love Rome team very efficient.
The I love Rome team were easy to find, on time, efficient, friendly and helpful. We chose a self-guided, skip the line ticket. Which was definitely worth it to avoid long no ticket lines.
Separate from that, I wouldn’t advise the Vatican Museum tour unless it’s absolutely on your bucket list. We got in at 10:30, and it was overcrowded with tour groups with no spatial awareness and made navigating the museum unbearable, and there is nowhere out but through once you’re in.
If you have to go on this tour in peak summer, I would suggest keeping hydrated, bring a handheld fan, and a full belly.

Pink Bus Hop On Hop Off is horrible!
Rip off! Very few PINK hop on hop off buses as compared to the BIG BUS company. Waited an hour to finally catch a ride only to stand. When seated our earphone jacks didn’t work. Big bus has a 10/1 bus advantage serving their patrons!!

Fast track tickers definitely worth it
Staff was punctual and efficient. I was unsure about the need for a fast track ticket at first, but it was proved worth it and even necessary as soon as we saw the line. I made sure to time our ingress from meeting point to the Vatican gardens and it took us 24min which felt impossible at first given the amount of people and huge (group) lines. If you want a more seamless ingress experience, I’d recommend getting this ticket with them. My family was 100% satisfied.
