Self Guided Scavenger Hunt in Lagos

Olá José. Lamento saber que a nossa Caça ao Tesouro em Lagos não correspondeu às suas expectativas. Embora incluamos algumas curiosidades sobre a cidade na Caça ao Tesouro, a ênfase está no elemento "diversão" – resolver enigmas – e deixamos claro que não substitui uma visita guiada. Em relação ao percurso, foi pensado para apresentar tanto os principais pontos turísticos da cidade como algumas ruas menos movimentadas. A maioria dos enigmas concentra-se nas ruas principais, pois é onde se encontram muitos dos edifícios e estruturas icónicas da cidade. Não tenho a certeza do que quer dizer com "desatualizado", mas verifiquei o percurso e todos os enigmas ontem e tudo está a funcionar corretamente. Compreendo que as Caças ao Tesouro não são para todos e lamento que não tenha gostado, mas agradeço-lhe por ter dedicado o seu tempo a escrever uma crítica, pois o feedback é sempre bem-vindo. Hi Jose. I’m sorry to hear that our Adventure Hunt around Lagos didn’t meet your expectations. While we do include some ‘fun facts’ about the city in the Hunt, the emphasis is on the ‘fun’ element – solving puzzles - and we do say that it is not a substitute for a guided tour. In terms of the path, this is designed to introduce you to both the city’s highlights and some of the less busy backstreets. Most of the puzzles are concentrated around the main streets, as this is where many of the city’s iconic buildings and structures are located. I’m not sure what you mean by ‘out of date’ but I checked the route and all the puzzles yesterday and everything is working correctly. I appreciate that Adventure Hunts aren’t for everyone and I’m sorry that you didn’t enjoy it but thanks for taking the time to write a review anyway, as feedback is always welcome.

We have considered the idea of offering a printed option, but found that this limits the ways we can present puzzles and is not as easy to keep up to date as our app, which we can update immediately upon receiving issue reports for customers. The issue with you being logged out when using the camera is one that we are working to find solutions for. For the vast majority of people, this issue doesn´t happen, as it's entirely down to the specific mobile and the power-saving options that it has enabled. The best solution is simply to use a different phone for the photos if you encounter this problem. Going forward, we are working to speed up the process where the app restarts if this happens. Regardless, we do apologise for the inconvenience this caused and you can rest assured we are working to improve it. We hope you enjoyed exploring the street art in Lagos.
