Great, friendly, professional service. Loads of advice and recommendations in store and via WhatsApp to make sure we got the bikes and routes for our needs, and unexpectedly gave us access to all their Komoot routes. Good value, good equipment, loads of local knowledge and all in English (a blessing given my terrible Portuguese!) What’s not to like? We had a great day out.
We rented our e bikes direct with Maisa in the Ferragudo shop at a good price. As we are senior citizens and had no experience of e bikes it was really good that Maisa patiently explained everything and loaded up the GPS self-guided route to Silves on our i phone. We returned the next day and our selected bikes were ready and waiting. After an interesting bike ride we returned to be greeted a big friendly smile and fresh bottles of water. Maisa couldn't have been more helpful and is clearly invested in making the business work for all levels of ability. This is a proper bike shop that trusts its customers with no deposit required so we would highly recommend using Flow if you are ever in the Portimao/ Ferragudo area.

We hired e scooters and had the best time. The scooters were in great condition and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Great activity for teenagers. Can’t wait to come back.
We rented e-bikes for the day from the two lovely ladies at Flow and I couldn't recommend them more highly. They were so welcoming and so patient, explaining everything really carefully to our family of four. They helped us pick the best bikes for our experience and abilities and then the best route to take. We had a fantastic day exploring the coast line along to Alvor and the bikes were brilliant! We even ended up at the naturist beach by mistake which was an adventure. The ladies greeted us at the end with cold bottles of water and big smiles. Thank you so much Flow for a wonderful family experience.
Courtesy, professionalism, and kindness... they brought the rented e-bike directly to our village and picked it up on the last day... the price is excellent and the e-bike was perfect both aesthetically and in its functions... I highly recommend them
We rented MTP=-style eBikes here, both in good condition and they worked well. We were helped by Maisa and were happy that she provided routes and advice on where we should ride. We rode their provided route over to Praia da Marinha and back, the outbound along the coast, the return with more inland sections. All tracked using the EU version of RideWithGPS or Strava. We would rent with Flow again the next time we're here. One note: bring your cash as they don't take credit cards.
Very pleasant reception by two nice ladies. Very customer-friendly instructions for a nice route by GPS (Komoot). Excellent bikes. In short, an absolute recommendation.
Highly recommended. We rented bikes and were super satisfied. We had three e-bikes and a Gravelbike. The bikes and helmets were delivered directly to us. It was all straightforward and Daniela is super nice and warm. If you want to rent bikes, do it there!
We had a great day with the e-bikes in Ferragudo! The bikes were top, the route beautiful and the service very friendly. Even with children everything was problem-free. Highly recommended!
