Horrible. Not worth it

You get what you pay for. It definitely was not worth the hassle. The directions they try.to give you are so hard to understand is crazy. Their directions will have you lost. I only got to see about 4 spots. Not worth it.

Operator response

Thanks for the feedback. It sounds like there might be a misunderstanding of how the app works. Along with the audio, the map tracks your location along the highlighted route so you can see exactly where you are in real time. We're sorry if you had difficulty but we appreciate you giving us a try.

Use Drive and Detours instead

Viator is awful. The tour was great but had to buy twice once thru Viator and then once again through the real provider Drives and Detours. Use them!

Operator response

Thanks for the kind words about the tour, we’re really glad you enjoyed it. We’re sorry for the frustration around the booking instructions. Unfortunately, Viator is limited in how redemption details are presented which can make the process less clear than it should be. We appreciate you calling it out and we’ll push for improvements so future guests have a smoother experience. Also, if a duplicate purchase occurred, we’re more than happy to make it right. Please reach out to us directly and we’ll take care of it.

Lots of great...

Lots of great information. I did get confused as to what building she was talking about but figured it out after awhile. Great way to explore the historic district at my own pace.
