Very fun, interesting and...
Very fun, interesting and informative tour of Seattle's history. Rachel loves her town and it shows. She truly enjoys her job.

The worst and most unsafe experience ever on a tour.
This was a completely fraudulent outfit that not only didn't supply any beverages but worst of all sent a complete inexperienced host who was completely scattered and apparently behaving like he was either drunk or drugged up. He didn't have clue what he was talking about. And we just couldn't let him carry on. It was a safety issue given that he could not name the operator he was working for and claimed another more experience guide was on his was, who never showed. We tried to ask for their full refund guarantee but they did not honor it after saying they were sorry and expect better from their guides. Hard to believe they could send such an individual out to represent them.
