Sawgrass Mills Mall - Transportation - Round Trip

This is the second time I've ordered a shuttle to the mall from this provider. They never leave on time. It says to arrive at 9 am. They don't leave before 10. I didn't eat breakfast to arrive on time. We lost an hour and weren't allowed to stay longer than we deserve. Small van.

It does not leave at 9. They make you wait for 1 hour. No employee matches the other. Everyone lies to you based on what suits them. They say that the mall's exit is at 5, and when you get there, they tell you that it is not that time. They threaten to charge you more for asking them to do things as promised. THE DRIVER DOES NOT STOP SENDING MESSAGES WHILE DRIVING AT MAXIMUM SPEED, A DANGER. And a horrible attitude towards us. Everything is horrible. I do not recommend it. Get yourself an Uber and save yourself the crappy experience.

What I did not like is that we left late; the offer stated a departure at 9:00, and we left at 8:50. On the other hand, it was supposed to be a double-decker bus, and we went in a van. The driver talked on the phone and texted, which I find very reckless on those high-speed roads.

For £20 per person to get to Sawgrass and back, it was a good deal because what, getting a taxi there one way is like $100. We went on a Sunday so shops didn't open until 11am but that was fine because we sat in dunkin donuts for a coffee and some breakfast before the haul started. The shuttle was on time both ways, I think we had more than enough time to shop. Just wear comfortable shoes.

Drive takes about 60 minutes to the destination. Once there we received some information about the meeting point and discount coupons. Departure was at 5pm, we had over 6 hours, this sounds very long, however you need this time for the size of this huge center as well. As you know it from the television in part, many people are traveling with suitcases, interesting day that was worth it.

Just the right amount of time at the mall. A good shopping day out. Driver was efficient and we were able to set off early.

1 hour late for departure. When we arrived at the outlet, the driver said that most could match a time pro return, but that would charge U$5 per person per hour (in cash), easy way to make money no? And besides it was loose.

I arrived at 8:55 and there was no more van, did not answer my calls and much less passed me information about what to do.

The service is super bad, pay for Thursday at 9am, when I arrive I heard tell the person who attended me that if I could go on Friday, then I was put on the minibus and lowered to wait for another one that leaves at 10:30am, they indicated that the bus back leaves at 7pm and left at 9am on top of that the super rude driver and did not want to give me any indication.
