Sawgrass Mills Mall Round-Trip Transport from Miami

first of all meeting at 9,00 but departure at 10,20. 1 h, 20 m under the sun of Miami. The craziest part is the return trip leaving Sawgrass Mills at 8:50 PM. It's unbelievable.

The transport left punctually at the scheduled time, the meeting point is easily accessible and the entire journey was very comfortable. The timing was excellent and greatly facilitated the organization of the trip. I recommend.

When we arrived at the meeting point shop we had to pay another $2 service charge each person which was not advertised Staff not helpful Your supposed to be a 9am trip (tickets state this also )but we didn’t leave until 0950 as the driver was picking other people up for different tours,I know this as we saw the driver and van around 0850 and staff sent him to do other work We didn’t get this time added at the end as “ you speak with office I don’t get paid after 5” Very abrupt driver Spoke with others who have got a Uber with ease so maybe look into that if you want flexibility

Outlet prices not as low as what you what expect with not many deals. We were over 30mins later in leaving than scheduled departure and only made aware when we arrived. Driver wasnt particularly chatty at all but came across very demanding / expectant of a tip.

Awful, avoid at all cost. Company arranged a mini bus and didn’t cater for everyone booked on, about 10 of us were left. Staff barely communicated. After an hour of waiting we have requested a refund and cancelled as this is a shambles.

Do not bother booking this experience. Sawgrass Mills Outlet was great but the transportation pick-up was awful. Due to be picked up and taken to outlet at 9am so arrived at pick-up point half an hour earlier but driver didn’t turn up until 9.50am. Everybody on trip was so angry and fed up with waiting.

really bad. the bus dnot come at time and delay about 2hours and also the back time is too late. we have to catch a taxi and pay much to go back

Before you make the reservation make sure about the return time. The bus left us at Sawgrass at 10:20am and upon arriving there the driver warned that he would return at 5:00pm. I was considering that the return would be at 9:00pm. I called the company and they stated that there was no more driver available for the return later and consequently there was only the mid-afternoon return. Since I could not solve all my demands by that time I had to pay $40 from Uber to return to Miami Beach, which reduced part of my travel savings. For me the transfer wasn't worth it

Punctual and ill-mannered driver. Nobody explained anything. The people attending the premises were rude
