Sapa Express Shared Limousine

Fantastic service from Hanoi hotel pick up to Sa Pa hotel drop off return. After initial online booking and secure payment, we where able to chat via whats app, we where informed of approx bus arrival time and license number. On board bus had approx 10 seats mainly as very comfortable lounge chairs with charging points and reclining features, very clean as well as a bottle of water and sweet bun thrown in on pick up. Ride to approx 5 hours to Sa Pa with two stops along the way for about 20 minutes each. Ample hot food and snacks available for purchase as well as toilet facilities costing 3000VND to use. Free wifi on board with very careful drivers speaking limited English. Amazingly great way to get to Sa Pa door to door and during the day. Thank you so much

Very pleased to have found Amazing Uncles! Transport between Hanoi and Sapa is plentiful, but so many of the options are overnight trains or buses, and we knew those wouldn't be the right fit for us. Amazing Uncles was the right alternative. The trip starts early in the day, avoiding some of the worst traffic hours, and drop-off at the destination is early afternoon, right around hotel check-in time. Communication is good, the vehicle is comfortable, and the drivers know how to handle Hanoi traffic to get you there on time. At first we booked a one-way trip, but after we'd done the ride, we knew we weren't going to find anything better, so we booked the return trip with Amazing Uncles as well.

Amazing uncles was a great transfer service between Hanoi and SAPA. We used the return service and the driver was prompt at picking us up both times. The seats were comfortable and we were offered a breakfast bag containing water and croissant. WiFi worked well. Journey was good, the break stops were ok, facilities clean, food and drinks to purchase. Driver even though he had limited English was friendly enough. Would recommend amazing uncles.

transfer from Sapa to Hanoi - pick up on time, middle seats with wifi and air con. Easy trip. One couple in the rear seats were not happy as they felt squashed and threatened by the luggage being forced into the very small luggage area behind them and ended up leaving the shuttle. When we booked they made it clear that there is not much room for luggage and that there may be issues with too much. Apart from this, the trip was uneventful and we made two stops for toilet and snacks. Delivered to our hotel in good time.

Booking is easy, and you also get enthusiastic advice on hotels, entertainment spots, sightseeing and dining in Sapa as well as what not to do to avoid trouble when traveling to remote lands. The car and driver were fine. There were times when the car stopped a bit on the road, but I understood that I only booked 2 seats in a shared van, I didn't know all the operations of the bus company, so I sympathized with them. In the end, it was great that I still had a safe trip.

In fact that I got some worries to book my transportation with Amazing Uncles after reading some bad reviews...But after finding alternative companies, finally I decided to book with them and did not disappoint me: a new van, the seats can not recline to 180 degree but it's fine for me. The driver can not use English, and I need to pay attention in the leaving time from rest station. Mr.Viet Anh explained to me that it is impossible to recruit drivers who can both speak English and have license to drice on mountain roads. => this is ok for me, too but I do not know what others are feeling. A safe driving, a new van are good enough for me to book a shared van => if I book a private van, maybe I will request a higher service🤭

The vans were very comfortable, safe drivers, great WiFi, USB charging ports and both journeys took 5 hours each. Extremely happy with the service

Easy booking, clear communication, comfortable and safe drive. Booking is fast and easy. Pickup was smooth. They sent the picture of the van and the license plate. Provided water and a snack. Usb and wifi in the van. Stopped twice for bathroom and food break. Perfect to walk around, snack, and bathroom break. Very mountainous roads and the driver clearly knew it like the back of his hand!! Timely and safe arrival.

When going to Sapa, I used a cabin bus and a limousine bus. The bus came late when I left, so I was a bit sensitive since I was traveling with my mom, but the limousine bus was on time, so it was great. It also arrived faster than the cabin bus. The seats were comfortable too.
