Bridges & Highrises by sunset
What a beautiful sight to see the bright sun setting as you face the Golden Gate Bridge!
If it's a foggy night it may not be the same
But the City lights were also gorgeous
Operator response
A little fog can add a little bit of mystic, but it sounds like you didn't have a cloud in the sky. Thanks for joining us!

Nope
Be prepared for a 60 and not 90 minutes historic narration and don’t be fooled with the accompanying picture with 2 glasses of wine thinking it’s a romantic cruise. Not! No music! Did us a favor by cutting us short the 30 minutes.
Operator response
Hello, our apologies for your experience with our cruise. There seems to be major confusion with what was advertised and ordered as you make reference to 2 different cruises. I think you got on our 60 Minute Bay Cruise and not our 90-minute Sunset Cruise. You would be entitled to a refund if you'd like to pursue that with Viator. We would confirm that you got on the wrong boat. Our apologies that happened, hopefully this can be fixed.

Amazing!
An amazing cruise with great views. Plenty of canned beverages and snacks for purchase. The BEST view of the Golden Gate, and San Francisco, you can get.
Operator response
Yes! The BEST view of the Golden Gate Bridge, by far. Thanks for joining us.

Old ferry boat, but beautiful cruise!
We are Bay Area locals who took some visiting family out for this cruise. To be honest at first, I was very disappointed with the boat. Obviously an old fairy boat. After paying just a few bucks to take the ferry from Alameda to San Francisco it seemed kind of silly to pay 40 bucks to get on an older one. But the cruise itself was absolutely wonderful. We went on the 6:30 PM hour-long cruise in late August and the sun was low in the sky and the weather was beautiful. The view was absolutely gorgeous of the city, the Golden Gate Bridge, and all of the hills around the Bay. Highly recommend!
Operator response
Thanks for joining us! And for the honest words. We love when locals come to join us. It's such a delight.

Read reviews first
You deserve good customer service, please read there reviews before you head over. I travelled all the way from Sacramento to be treated like junk. They don't value their customer or listen to what they have to say. As long as your money is in their possession that's what matters. As a business owner I wasn't expecting a corporation like this to show such bad employee conduct. I had tried speaking with the "Head Guy" Joseph but he didn't want to hear it. Not until one lady employee who had been helping me for almost over an hour spoke up for me and let Joseph know we had been working on two tickets. And vouched that we had been waiting for help. Joseph at the beginning you seemed helpful, as time went by you showed your true colors. I hope you guys use this as a learning experience talking to and cameras on the booth that sells the tickets. So you can actually know what's going on. Not go off of he said she said. According to your staff you had 30+ no shows at $150 a pop, thats non refundable. Then sold another 30 for $150 each. that's $9,000 off of just those customers, invest in cameras at the booth, or some better staff.
Operator response
Thank you for your feedback. We reviewed the security footage and spoke with management regarding your visit. Regarding the queue concern: footage and accounts from nearby guests indicate no line-cutting occurred. We recognize that a busy boarding environment can feel stressful. To try to accommodate you, Joseph offered refundable standby tickets for the Fireworks Cruise in case of no-shows, which you accepted. When the vessel reached its maximum legal capacity, our operations team and the captain must stop boarding. Your standby tickets are fully refundable, as promised. We apologize we couldn't accommodate you this time and appreciate your understanding as we prioritize guest safety and maritime capacity regulations.

Cruising through!
It was beautiful! If going in the fall, a light jacket would be good. The process was pretty quick and easy.

Nevermore
Just a boat ride, no narrative. Can get a bit chilly if, like us, you're from Florida. We bundled up and were very comfortable. Back ground music sucked and was a bit loud.
Operator response
Thanks for the 5 Stars, although I wish we could have earned it as it sounds like you didn't enjoy it all that much. It is just a cruise on the Bay with music. There is no narrative. We do have 2 other cruises that offer narration but not this one. I'd be curious what the music was that was terrible. If you feel like sharing. Thanks again for taking the time to write in.
