We had to wait to get a small car. We did not fit with the luggage we told them we would bring. Instead of solving the problem they started arguing about the size of one of my luggage pieces. We had to travel with the luggage on our seats. Very poor customer service
We really like the translation. The two drivers we took back and forth from the hotel were very helpful, polite and communicative. And most importantly, very punctual.
