Disappointing audio guides

Impossible to connect to the application. I am very dissatisfied, this is the second time I have booked an audio guide with Viator and both times I was unable to connect. According to the message I received from Viator, both times it was with the same provider?

Operator response

Interesting but oh, that app!

The information from the audio guide was very good. You will learn a lot and look at all the sights at your own pace. That's much more convenient than with a guide. What was annoying is that, despite the download, the app had to be opened again and again because the map had disappeared.

Operator response
