Driver arrived on time but there were things that could have been improved for example, driver kept coughing wi the out wearing a mask or covering his mouth which made my sister rather uncomfortable as she was seated directly behind the driver. He was also blowing his nose and wiping the contents on his trousers.

Our travel agency booked round-trip transportation through Polittan for a group of five travelers. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and stressful from both arrival to departure. Prior to arrival, we were advised that a representative would be waiting at Terminal 1 holding a sign with the primary traveler's name for easy identification and pickup. However, when the group arrived, no representative was present. The clients were forced to wait, and the transportation arrived 20 minutes late, creating confusion and frustration after a long day of travel. Unfortunately, the return transportation from the resort to the airport was even worse and nearly caused the clients to miss their flight. The reservation specifically requested a minivan for five passengers, consisting of three men and two women, with each traveler bringing one piece of luggage. Despite these details being clearly provided at the time of booking, Polittan dispatched a small SUV that was completely inadequate for the group. The vehicle could not accommodate the passengers and luggage, and it could not even fit three pieces of luggage properly. Even without the luggage issue, the SUV would have been an extremely cramped and uncomfortable ride for five adults. After the clients explained that the vehicle was not suitable, they were forced to wait an additional 40 minutes for a properly sized van to arrive. This unnecessary delay created significant stress and concern because they were traveling to the airport for an international flight. Had there been any additional traffic or unexpected delays, they could have easily missed their departure. When customers pay in advance for airport transportation, they expect the transportation company to review the reservation details and provide the vehicle that was requested and confirmed. Sending the wrong vehicle for a group of five passengers with luggage demonstrates a lack of attention to detail and poor operational planning. The combination of being told someone would be waiting at the terminal only to experience a late pickup, followed by the dispatch of an unsuitable vehicle for the return transfer and a 40-minute wait for a replacement, resulted in an experience that was frustrating, stressful, and far below expectations. Reliable airport transportation is meant to provide travelers with peace of mind, especially when flights are involved. Unfortunately, Polittan failed to deliver the level of service that was promised and paid for. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend their services and would encourage the company to improve its communication, reservation review process, and dispatch procedures to prevent other travelers from experiencing similar issues.

Our pickup at the Airport to Crown Plaza Downtown was over an hour late. We had plans to be at the Miraflores Locks to see a ship transition and just missed it due to this delay. Our family was disappointed. Our pickup at the hotel back to the airport was on time

Everything went very well. The price, communication, on time and professionalism were good. The driver was Griselda who was very nice and took good care of us.

The driver never showed up. There was no communication from driver or company. I recommend you use a different company.

I enjoyed the total tour, the patience of the guide and his knowledge. He showed how much he loves his profession.

We wait a long time for the pick-up. There was a host to meet us but the driver was held up because of traffic she said.

Good alternative. Fairly priced, the staff is very attentive and punctual. It is usually equal to or below the price of Uber ride or purchased at the same airport.

The customer should have been given the driver’s correct number. POL233298_POL233299 activity provider POLITTAN. Non of these numbers worked. I had to go through customs and collect my baggage. By the time I got to where the taxi drivers were there was no one there to pick me up. I had to pay more money out-of-pocket to get to my destination. I want to be reimbursed immediately for the money I paid to be picked up at the airport and I want to hear from you as soon as possible.
