I booked the private transfer service to move from my riad to Menara airport with my girlfriend. Lahcen (the driver) was very punctual and got as close as possible to our riad (it was just a two minute walk from us). He was very friendly and nice, wondering if we had enjoyed our stay in Marrakesh and exchanging some chats about other topics (music, their culture and Italy). Absolutely recommended!

Fellow Travellers DO NOT USE THIS service. No one came to airport to pick us up. Waited 40 minutes. Tried calling several times and no one picks up the phone. Text & email went unanswered. We are still waiting for our money back Came to our 5 star hotel. The guest relations tried calling no one answered. Called Viator 3 times who tried calling. No one answered. . Viator you should drop this operator
