Another Amazing Experience With Sara!
We first toured Rome with Sara 11 years ago when it was just my husband and me. Her tours were so memorable that when we returned to Rome this year with our children and my mom, there was no question that we would book with her again. We ended up doing two private tours, and they were every bit as incredible as we remembered.
Sara is exceptionally knowledgeable about Rome's history and has a true gift for bringing it to life. Her passion for Italy and its rich history is evident in every story she tells, and her enthusiasm is contagious. She made each stop fascinating, engaging, and enjoyable for every member of our family, from our kids to my mom.
What sets Sara apart is that she doesn't just give a tour, she creates an experience. She tailored both private tours to our interests and made us feel like we were exploring Rome with a knowledgeable friend who genuinely loves sharing her city.

Excellent Rome in a Day Tour
After a weeks cruise to a number of countries in the Mediterranean we spent a few days in Rome. Our tour with Sara was the most exceptional tour of our trip. It was fun, super informative and professional.
We took the scavi tour a day later which was so interesting and her tour gave us the background information that allowed us to understand the scavi tour better.
I can’t give her a better review for her services.

Rome in a day
Sara was so friendly and knowledgeable. She had everything perfectly arranged for us from the airport pick up to the drop off at the hotel afterwards. It was a great way to do Rome when we only had one day.

Tour of Rome
I started working with Sara almost a year before our trip to Rome. She was so very helpful in helping me decide what our tour agenda should include (including links to ticket purchase, restaurant suggestions, etc.). While on-site, our schedule changed (due to illness) and Sara worked her magic to make sure we didn't miss any of the experiences we hope to enjoy in Rome. Walk & taste around Rome with Sara.
Sara met up to accompany us on a 3 hour walking food /history tour through historic Rome. She was so knowledgeable, friendly,patient & kind on our walk together. We tasted delicious food, cheese, gelato,drank wonderful coffee & enjoyed great conversations together. She guided us through areas away from over crowded places. Her English is great & Sara really made for a memorable day. Maria whom I cold emailed to make a reservation with was quick to respond , matched us up with Sara & communicated before our meeting to confirm our meeting place. We highly recommend this company & please do ask for Sara.

Sara was amazing. Friendly, super k knowledgeable, and made the tour quite fun despite the intense heat :) Would recommend to anyone looking for a tour of the history of Rome!!

An Absolute Must!!
We had an absolutely amazing time starting at the Pantheon, then on for some delicious gelato before heading to the Imperial Forum and the Colosseum!!! Sara’s knowledge and wonderful personality made this tour the best ever!! This is a must for anyone who wants to see and learn about these incredible places in Rome!!!! Plan ahead and book with Sara Verde, you will be very grateful that you did!!! 🥰🇮🇹

Rome Tours
We were 4 adults and booked two tours with Sara Verde. The Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel,and the Coliseum. Sara was just wonderful. So knowledgeable and smart. So very friendly, we felt like good friends when we parted. We all highly recommend Sara!!
