This tour was amazing. Almudena took us through the most beautiful streets and past the most gorgeous eating places and led us to glorious eateries where we tasted the most delicious food. Almu’s knowledge of Rome and the food that we were tasting was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Rome. The only recommendation is for the guide to stand out at the meeting point with something like a coloured hat or flag. There were several tour groups leaving from the same location and us and other groups were confused on who to go too and tried several wrong groups before we found our correct guide.
This food tour was wonderful! There were 10 people total in the group, so not too big. The food stops were well planned out and delicious! A highlight of our trip!
Wonderful guide and a nice evening in spite of hot weather. We were a family of nine and we all had a good time, plenty to eat and drink. Our guide Almu was terrific!
This was absolutely the highlight of our trip! Me and my partner’s guide was Almudena and we had the absolute pleasure of being the only people to book the tour at our time. Not only was she knowledgeable and kind, but a really great conversationalist and cool person. Others are missing out on the opportunity to try TONS of amazing authentic food accommodated directly to your trip and what you have already tried. We did another food tour with a different company prior and she asked us what we had tried and supplemented what we already had for new things on the fly. Almudena is absolutely incredible. If I ever come back to Rome, I hope to run into her again! Included are some pictures of a few picturesque parts of the tour.
Almudena was a great guide, a perfect mixture of charm, knowledge, humour and passion for the area and the food. We left full, you have plenty to eat, with recommendations of great places to eat and we learned lots about Roman food.
The tour was fantastic, Almudena was a brilliant guide, very passionate and informative about the food we were trying and different italian culture trafitions. We had plenty of food and drink throughout, what a great way to start our Rome adventure.
