Description
Roll up your sleeves and take part in a pizza-making workshop in a locally loved restaurant in Rome, with the oldest wood fired oven in the Prati neighborhood. Learn about traditional cooking techniques with a local chef leading the way. Get an authentic taste of local ingredients and enjoy wine and soft drinks with your own homemade pizza. Begin the class by receiving your apron and creating the dough. Follow along the process of creating the dough while learning about ingredients and techniques. Cut the dough using a traditional 600-year-old technique called mozzatura. Put the final touches on your Margherita pizza, then pop it in the neighborhoods oldest wood fired ove oven to crisp to a golden brown.

The class was amazing Francesca amazing host. She was so fun life of the party. Great music really got us involved with the other people in the class. She was very energetic made it very comfortable. Her helpers were awesome as well. Shout out Marco for the prosecco and wine. The pizza guy (forgot his name) was very nice and educational and helpful 10 out of 10.
Took our 7 and 9 year olds and had a great experience. Ate pizza and gelato across Italy before making our own on the last day. Recommend for busy kids

Great experience overall. The hosts (Ele & Dino) were very friendly, making the gelato and pizza was fun and very tasty; It is a great experience for the price. We were delayed by about 40 minutes which was a shame, however this was not the fault of the hosts of the day.
We didn’t even make it past the welcome… first there was vomit in the women’s sink, the we were crammed into a booth with strangers, there wasn’t nearly enough cooking stations for everyone… no thanks. We got up and left before it even started. And it smelled disgusting in the “restaurant”. We got sandwiches down the street. Don’t book this it’s a crappy tourist trap
