The company sent us tickets for the wrong day. All of my correspondence said that the tour was on the 18th. But they sent tickets for the 19th. They left us stranded when we called . We want a full refund for the charges and credits that we used for the tour. We were on a strict timetable due to being from a cruise ship. We ended up having to pay a second time to get into the Panteheon.
