Great opportunity for tasting and learning. Really enjoyed the ideas concepts and matching of food to wine!
Giordano is the best guide. He truly loves his work and is very knowledgeable. He made the tour fun.
Good tour in Trastevere with Carlotta. She was an amazing guide. Learned alot about the food of Italy. Ate so much delicious food! 4 hours well worth it!!!
I have done several food tours throughout the years in various cities, but this one was by far the best. Michael was our guide and he was great. He was very informative and has a great personality. The food selections were delicious. The wine was top-notch and I’m pretty sure he would have kept pouring as long as I was drinking. We were more than full at the end of the tour. I would absolutely do this tour again
Best night in Rome. Come hungry
We did a gourmet food tour in Rome with Michael on 14 August 2026, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. I'd had a heat stroke earlier that day and almost skipped it — but I'm so glad we didn't. Michael was fantastic. He explained the food, ingredients, and cooking techniques with real clarity, and made the whole experience genuinely fun with his sense of humour. He was also patient and waited for us when we needed a moment. The food and wine were excellent throughout, and his recommendations were spot on. Highly recommend this tour, and especially Michael as a guide — knowledgeable, warm, and attentive to his guests.
We had a wonderful walking food tour with Vincenzo! He was an amazing guide with incredible knowledge of the food and wine we were being served. Everything we tried was more delicious than the next. He was attentive to the group's needs as well, which was important. I would highly recommend!
Best food tour I've ever been on. Michael was a great guide and the food tasting was amazing. They aren't lying about the free flowing wine either. A must do while in Rome!
The experiance and information Michael gave us was so great!!! The stops were perfect.. I would say the stop at the family deli was the best!! It would have been nice to have a seating area as we enjoyed the offerings. But the tour was one of the top 3 for us.
This tour definitely exceeded all my expectations and was one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Rome! We had a wonderful guide, Michael, who made the whole experience truly special. Although I’ve spent quite a lot of time in Italy and have already learned a fair bit about Italian food, traditions, and customs, this tour still managed to surprise me and teach me plenty of new things. One of the absolute highlights was visiting Bonci — he really is a pizza superstar! And, of course, the incredibly charming family-run Panciotti Salumeria was another true gem. I would highly recommend this tour to everyone. It’s genuinely one of the best and most enjoyable ways to discover Rome and experience the incredible world of Italian food culture!
