Sunday-Best day for golf cart tour.
The guide, Jacob was very knowledgeable and willing to meet our requests. He was very good driving in and out of the narrow streets. He took photos of us and aimed to please. Being a Sunday, there was less traffic.
Operator response

hank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us!
We are absolutely delighted to hear that you had such a wonderful time with Jacob. He truly takes pride in navigating Rome’s charming narrow streets smoothly and making sure our guests capture great memories (and great photos!). Our golf cart tour with Ricardo was one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Rome! From the moment we met him, he was warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He shared so much history and insight while making the tour fun, engaging, and personalized.

Poor experience
Our guide was very late and was not very interested in the tour. He did take us to a church that was nice but mostly just kept explaining that it would take too long with the traffic to get from point A to point B. We finally got tired of him and asked him to just drop us off. Very disappointed!
Operator response
Dear Elizabeth,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are deeply sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations and that our service fell short of the high standards we pride ourselves on.
Punctuality, enthusiasm, and professionalism are core values for our team, and it is incredibly disappointing to hear that your Tour Leader did not demonstrate these qualities. While Rome's traffic can occasionally pose challenges, our team is trained to navigate it smoothly and always maintain a positive, engaging attitude for our guests.
Please accept our scenic apologies for how your tour ended. We take your comments very seriously and we are already addressing this internally with the team member involved to ensure this remains an isolated incident.
Sincerely,
Fun Moving Team
