Also known as Il Fontanone, the Fontana dell'Acqua Paola is a grandiose fountain located on the Janiculum Hill. Built in the early 17th century, it marks the end point of the Acqua Paola aqueduct, restored to supply water to the Trastevere district. The fountain's design and location offer spectacular views and are a testament to the importance of water in Rome's history.
The Janiculan Hill, is a hill in western Rome, Italy. Although it is the second-tallest hill in the contemporary city of Rome, the Janiculum does not figure among the proverbial Seven Hills of Rome, being west of the Tiber and outside the boundaries of the ancient city.

We have a wonderful time with Luca and his beautiful Fiat 500 vintage car! Finally he made some of the greatest vacation pictures and videos, absolutely the best of our entire Mediterranean vacation!
