Antonio was prompt and very nice! We had an enjoyable and safe ride. We appreciated the towels and water.
Lorenzo was there waiting and was very polite. Would recommend this service to get to and from the airport
Accidentally booked the wrong date but the driver agreed to our new date…looking forward to the ride.
Reliable service and friendly driver ! Manuel got us to our destination in no time. He gave us water and gave us some tips on transportation throughout our stay.
Alex was great And associate with the bags from the airport to the shuttle Would definitely Recommended
Unbelievably absurd. We booked one reservation for one car for one driver and for two people. We were then contacted by a certain person identified as Julia relating to our reservation. Their response was prompt and seemingly efficient. Thereafter we were contacted by another individual identified as “Barbara.” upon arrival after a very long international flight from Los Angeles, we were contacted by individual by the name of “Maurizio.” we had steady communication with this individual approximately for the 30 minutes prior to leaving baggage claim. We then receive a second line of communication from an individual who sent a selfie of himself with a sign holding up the customer’s name but nothing more. Upon leaving the baggage claim area, we encountered both of them and they literally proceeded to engage in a dispute, which was highly charged over who was supposed to take us. All that we had done was simply followed. The instructions provided to us setting from our original confirmation. The service was prepaid as required by the Viator platform. With then proceeded with a series of accusations from the drivers, one of whom indicated that he had not been paid for his service services although we had confirmation of payment at the time that we reserved the booking. Then proceeded after was even more bizarre where the individual who identified herself as “Julia” made unfounded and completely false threats that we had essentially gone with arrival company and that now she had to pay her driver “Maurizio” out-of-pocket and insisted in a very rude manner that we pay it. Again, there was only one booking made for one car and one driver for two people. After some further review, it appears as though the company under which Julia was claiming to be acting on behalf of was not the Italian limousine service company referenced in the booking listing. Barbara, on the other hand, was seemingly associated with the company reference in the booking it is completely unclear to us as to how a company who is not associated with the booking, would have the booking information and be contacting us pursuing to the confirmation that we received. We produced all of the documentation and support of the reservation, the confirmation and the communications held with respect to the reservation to Julia but she continued to just ignore it and simply reverted back to demanding payment. After unequivocally communicating that she was not going to receive any payment because we absolutely could clearly have no fault of any kind in a situation that had defaulted into the bizarre and that we were clearly innocent participants thereto, again in a good faith effort to resolve we kindly ask that Julia produce the documentation connecting our reservation to her company. No such documentation was ever produced that you could continue to just make a direct and rude response for payment of the driver. The cherry on top was when the driver associated with the company reference to the booking made just dumped us off without providing us with any direction in terms of where the hotel would be. So we’re now having to sit in the middle of an unidentified Romane street in the middle of the hot summer without any direction or indication on where to go. It took another 30 minutes or so, if I was sitting there with luggage in the middle of the cobblestones to figure out where we needed to go. We presume that the gentleman was frustrated having had to engage in this unnecessary high heated exchange that to date we cannot explain at all, and it is certainly the most bizarre experience that I have had with respect to a transport company and certainly one of the most bizarre that I’ve had in my life if not the most bizarre and I’ve been traveling for close to 40 years all over the world
Dear Lorenzo, We are very sorry about what happened to you. From your account, it is quite clear that our company, Italy Limousine Service, was not responsible for causing this problem. Barbara is a member of our dispatching staff. We do not know the other two people involved (Julia and driver Maurizio), and they are not affiliated with our company. We believe the only possible explanation is that there may have been a duplicate booking: one reservation made with us through Viator and another made through your accommodation in Rome. Obviously, we did not ask you to pay for the service, as the transfer had already been fully paid through Viator. Kind regards, Italy Limousine Service
If you want first class service and a smooth transfer from FCO to a Rome city center hotel, this company is the way to go and worth every penny! We received occasional reminders before our trip began with helpful information. Our driver, Richard, was messaging us as soon as we landed. He provided clear instructions on where to meet, told us about a few places of interest during the drive, and was so helpful and personable! This was our first time to Rome and we were able to start our trip on a very positive note!
Prompt pickup. Flexible scheduling. Driver assissted with luggage. Private ride. No stops. Straight to the airport. Luxury limosine style backseating with 2 facing benches stocked with water, mints, tissues, charging cords. Mercedes van. Plenty of space for 6+ large luggage.
This was an exceptionally detailed tour with so many insights and access that the normal public couldn't see. I can't say enough good things about it, especially when you have a tour guide like Giovanni!
So accommodating. Our flight kept getting delayed and they were able to work with us to make sure we got what we needed. Sorina was fantastic! Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re so happy to hear that you had a great experience with our service. Your feedback motivates us to continue delivering the best experience possible. Look forward to serving you again soon.
