We had an incredible time with Webster Tours during our cruise stop in Roatan! Our guide Borry was fantastic — knowledgeable, engaging, and made sure everyone in our group of 9 had a great experience. He kept the conversation going the whole trip and clearly loves sharing the island with visitors. Jennifer, our driver, was excellent too — smooth, safe driving and just as friendly. We got to see sloths and hold macaws up close, and finish up at the Roatan sign for photos. Everyone from our group (ages ranging from teens to adults) had a blast. You can tell Borry and Jennifer genuinely care about giving guests a memorable visit, not just rushing through a checklist. One small note: we'd expected to be able to hold the sloths, so that was a bit of a letdown, but it didn't take away from the overall great day. Highly recommend Webster Tours if you're looking for a personal, fun, and informative excursion in Roatan. Ask for Borry and Jennifer if you can — they made our day!

They are Mahogany Bay cruise port where Carnival Cruises, Princess Cruises, Holland America Cruises, Costa Cruises, and other ships dock. Then there are the Town Center Port of Roatan where Royal Caribbean cruises, celebrity Cruises, Norwegian Cruises, TUI Cruises and other ship dock. If your ship is dock on the Mahogany Bay Cruise port once, you walk off your ship walk up through the shopping area pass the water fountains up to the red top building on the right. It is the white taxis terminal it is a walking corridor at the end of the hall make a left on the pavement and walk up and over the hill through the big green gate. On the other side down the hill a representative will be there expecting you 1 to 2 hours after your ship arrival with a warm welcome and a smile on our faces ready to make your day a memorable one, look for Roatan Webster Tours sign. Optional If in a wheel chair or a scooter, you can get a taxi to bring you over the hill. NOTE: There will be local independent drivers and guide trying to sell you a tour just tell them you have book with us and they will leave you alone. After your excursion full of excitement, adrenaline and fun, we personally drive you back over the hill inside the gate. . If your ship is dock on the Roatan Village Port of Roatan, down in Coxen Hole once you walk off your ship it is much easier for you to find us. Just walk straight out pass all the shops then make a right. You will see lot of tour kiosk continue through the terminal making a small left straight out to the main street once exiting gate 1 look across the street for Roatan Webster Tours sign a representative will be there waiting for you 1 to 2 hour after ships arrival. If you make friends on board or have any family member and they are not booked with us but want to tag along that is not a problem, we will accommodate them with you. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Excursion with Webster Tours!

John - recommended!
John, our driver, was great! Since it was a rainy day, he adjusted the order of the stops so we could better enjoy the different experiences. He also made an additional, unplanned stop so we could explore some local shops, which was a nice touch. My only recommendation would be to provide clearer instructions on how to get to the meeting point from the cruise port, whether walking or driving. If I had not turned on the roaming data on my cellphone, it would have been difficult to find the meeting point. Providing more detailed directions or a specific landmark to look for would make the experience even better for future guests.

We loved Webster tours!
We loved the sloth and monkey encounter and little French key. We spent the day paddle boarding and enjoying the amenities of the beach club. Our tour guide Borry was so personal and welcoming and really made the whole experience great.
