Supreme Guide
We had the good fortune to have had a top notch guide. He teaches others to learn to be museum guides and travels around the world to other top rated museums as a guide. Absolutely superb. I could not have appreciated what we saw without his guidance.

Guided tour review
The guide is very knowledgeable. The tour only covers a small portion of the museum’s collection, but then free to explore on your own.
Operator response
Thank you for your kind review, Mary! Truly glad you enjoyed the Rijksmuseum tour with our guide! It is indeed focused on the unmissable highlights of the Golden Age as otherwise the museum is overwhelmingly big and no tour can comprise its collection's 8000 items.

Importance of a tour guide at Rijkmuseum
What an amazing experience. Bene is an amazing tourist guide , she was well knowledgeable and made sure we get up close to each art piece. It was the money worth to have her as she gave us a deeper insight to the importance of each artwork and her little quizzes
Operator response
Thank you so much, Alet, for your wonderful words! Truly happy you enjoyed the Rijksmuseum experience with our Benedetta! Wish you all the best!

Once ticket redemption sorted , the rest is awesome
The instructions to redeem the museum tickets were unclear and the museum staff did not seem to know what to do either. In the end, we simply waited at the 'meeting point' for our guide Erin and she took care of everything.
Erin was fantastic. She was an excellent communicator and passed on her love for the Dutch artist to those listening.
Operator response
Hello Maryann,
Sorry, but we beg to differ. You were sent precise instructions as to where to meet your guide and your guide met you at "the meeting point", as you yourself state. The instructions you were sent specifically state that the guide will provide the tickets, and as you yourself admit, the guide took care of that.
As to why you felt the need to contact the museum staff, when everything was crystal clear it's beyond us.
This was a semi-private tour and all other clients found everything easy-peasy as you can read in other reviews.
We take care of everything so that our clients enjoy the tour to the maximum.
Some clients just love to split hairs.
