Rhodes Airport Transfers

I booked a transfer to Rhodes Airport at the end of my stay. I wanted something fast and efficient that would get me to my flight on time without having to take the bus. I booked directly on their website late at night a few days beforehand, and the reservations agent contacted me just an hour later to confirm my route and schedule. Alexis, who was in charge of my transfer, called me just before my pickup time to arrange a meeting spot. He was a very nice guy—we had a pleasant conversation—and he made sure I arrived early for my flight. Thank you!

Terrible. My booking was for midnight and the driver did not turn up. I contacted them they said my booking was for 22:45 the following day. I have paperwork to prove otherwise. I was advised there was nothing they could do as there were no other drivers available. Me and my 4 children were left stranded at the airport and had to arrange alternative transport. I expect my refund as soon as possible.

When is first did the booking with this company the online procedure did not make it clear that the payment had gone through so I redid it but when I checked my bank account found the payment had gone through twice so I immediately e mailed them to let them know and ask for them to credit me. They answered, saying it would take over a week to act on it, which I found strange. After a week and a half still no credit so I e mailed them again and they said it would be quicker to contact my bank which I did and got a debit card credit. Now on arriving at Rhodes airport at 11.30 pm after a long day travelling and knowing we had a long transfer ahead of us all seemed well and the arrival contact from the company found us and took us to the transfer vehicle, where the driver loaded up our cases and we were on our way. Now although the driver seemed to be in a hurry to get to our destination we weren't worried as he seemed safe enough. However we were keeping an eye on Google Maps to monitor our progress. When we were about 10 minutes away Google Maps suddenly starting to say that we were now going away from our destination. We tried to get the driver to pull over but he didn't appear to listen until we got the airport contact on the phone on speakerphone and got her to talk to him. He still didn't seem to know where he was going and, using Google translate we got him to stop again and my adult daughter got in the front passenger seat to navigate with Google Maps. We eventually got to our destination where the driver proceeded to have some kind of argument with the hotel security guard and couldn't even find the reception. Although accept he couldn't speak any English at no time did he engage with us at all or apologise. The next morning I telephoned their office to complain and explain what had happened the woman who answered didn't acknowledge that there was a problem and said "You're there, so what's the problem?" and when i said I wasn't happy and I wanted some recompense she put the phone down. I would not recommend this company.

Airport pickup from Rhodes Airport. On time, picked up by Canadian Niko. Really lovely man and very informative about the island and places to go whilst we are in holiday. The journey went too quick

Jet 2 airport transfer was really poor picked up us 15 mins late and did not know how to get to airport. Would definitely not be using jet2 again.

Terrible company. Just didn't turn up at the pick up time and then ignored my email afterwards. I was left with 2 small children at midnight having to arrange alternative travel to an hour away!! This is despite confirming the booking details the week before. Absolutely avoid, it's not worth the risk!!!

A fantastic experience - everything worked seamlessly and our driver could not have been more helpful. Would certainly use them again.

the arrival was not so bad , we got our luggage in about 45 mins. However , departing was absolute carnage, it was disorganized , they threw away my bottle whilst they let others drink it and many more things.

Very nice taxi driver, Dimitris, met us at the airport outside arrivals. He was already there waiting, despite our flight being delayed. Taxi was clean and air conditioned with loads of room.

I booked online and we were met at the airport with no issues, to the hotel and then picked us as organised, back to the airport. No delays and very reasonable, friendly service. Will definitely use again.
