Beware - no show
Everything was confirmed and paid for but they never showed up. We tried contacting them and there was no response. I eventually got a refund but only through Viator support as they never replied to any of my messages. We ended up having to pay $130 more for a taxi to the airport.

excellent transfer experience
We were looking for transportation from KEF to our hotel in the city center. Our driver had good communication at pick-up, was friendly and courteous. After a long travel day and overnight flight, a private car taking us directly to our hotel (rather than a bus to the bus station) made for a much more pleasant arrival. I would definitely recommend and use again
