Requiem for Salem Walking Ghost Tour

Description
Step beyond the cobblestone charm and into the shadowy depths of Salem’s past on this adults-only ghost tour. Requiem for Salem isn’t just spooky—it’s steeped in the grim truths and haunted echoes of a city forever marked by fear, hysteria, and injustice. Designed for guests 16 and up, this tour tackles the darker side of Salem’s history, with mature stories, eerie locations, and a candid look at the paranoia that fueled the Witch Trials and the restless spirits they left behind. From cursed corners to historic haunts, we’ll visit the places where power, superstition, and tragedy collided. With no kid-friendly filters, you’ll hear raw, unflinching tales of the trials, executions, and eerie aftermath that still lingers in Salem’s soil. All delivered by expert guides who blend historical depth with a healthy dose of haunted fun. Most people will tell you that the Burying Point Cemetery is the most haunted cemetery in Salem - and it would be hard for us to to disagree. The Burying Point Cemetery is a popular stop on guided ghost tours in Salem. You'll hear about the history of the cemetery, its connections to the Witch Trials, and the stories of the ghosts which are said to haunt it.
One of the most historical and haunted hotels in America, this building has been everything from an office building to residential apartments to its current status as a hotel.
A favorite spot for locals and tourists, this establishment was originally constructed and owned by Salem's First Church as a place of worship. However, as the use of this building has changed over time, don't be surprised that a few spirits continue to linger!
This property is as historic as it is haunted! Once owned by the thrice-married Bridget Bishop, the historical happenings in this building have quite possibly changed some lives, as well as some after-lives!

Our tour guide was John. He was excellent. He was very funny, honest, knowledgeable, informative and mixed history with the paranormal. It was a great tour with a lot of stops. Also, John wore ghost socks🧦👻
Great tour! Our tour guide was wonderful!
It was interesting. I am not into this stuff but went because of my granddaughter wanting to go. I found the history very informative
Tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history of Salem and did a great job telling all the stories!
Wow! What a great time just walking the streets and learning about the history and ghostly experiences in Salem from Monique. So engaging and openly sharing experiences of her personal ghost chasing activities. I wish we could pack her up and take her on the rest of our trip as we explore coastal New England. If you can request a guide, be sure to ask for Monique!
Monique was a great tour guide and knew her stuff. The stories were captivating and I got some new to me ghost stories. The tour is the perfect amount of time and you get a good all around view of Salem’s history.
Our guide was amazing and full of knowledge. The tour started at 8 o'clock and was a perfect time to experience the great stories of salem. My wife and I ended up having a private tour, was excellent!
loved our guide! gave us a chance to get cookies, was super informative and even shared some personal ghost stories.
The guide was great on information. I thought it was going to be more detailed and scary because it was adult over 21 and the description said “guides don’t shy away from the chili g details of dark deeds and paranormal activity…”. I
They never showed up!!!! it was super disappointing to our group of people as we could only go last night and we planned our whole day around being in Salem to go on the tour. I’m getting a voicemail at 5:30 while you’re out and about with a group of people —-a text would’ve been much better. I never would’ve checked my voicemaiks while I’m out. So of course, we went to the spot and waited and looked. I don’t really understand why you wouldn’t have a backup person if someone couldn’t show up!
