Please bring a change of (swim) clothes, expect to get muddy, don't panic, and do lots of stretches beforehand. A surreal, excellent group experience.

After visiting the Mont Saint-Michel enclosure with the crowds and the hustle and bustle, what a pleasure to escape to the bay, to take a breath of fresh air, and to discover these quite astonishing quicksands.
