We saw so many interesting things and learned so much. Our guide, Guy was great. He had many stories to tell about the old city. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
Perhaps we were not receptive, but the guided tour of Old Quebec did not thrill us very much. The area is quite small, a palace that is nothing more than a large hotel, and above all, an oppressive crowd of tourists dumped by cruise ships, accompanied by its share of incivility, noise, and shoving. Despite a few anecdotes, the guide did not manage to make us forget this context, combining a sometimes disjointed speech or simply a few blunders regarding the accuracy of the stories.
Pauline was a very pleasant guide!
Lovely walking tour with Madeleine. We saw many highlights of the upper and lower parts of the city. Madeleine was very helpful to my friend who used a walker for mobility.
Guy Leroux was very knowledgeable and so friendly! He was a wonderful tour guide and went above & beyond to teach us the history of Quebec City!
Elodie was very passionate about her city and gave us a very detailed history.
Very weak tour guide. Too much political opinion, random family history and personal peccadillos. Limited Quebec knowledge and history. Not certified guide.
Given by somebody with many years in the city and lots of anecdotes. Ask about the cannonball tree..
We had a very lovely guide, Madeleine, who was very informative and went above and beyond to tell us all about beautiful Quebec. Would highly recommend
The guide never showed and never got in touch with us. We called Trip advisor and to their credit they responded immediately trying to contact the guide, but with no success. They offered their apologies and a refund., which was appropriate. However, we wasted half a morning and were very disappointed in losing the opportunity for a tour that day.
