Outstanding Experience with UG Travel! UG Travel provided the absolute best sightseeing experience we had in Egypt. My wife and sister-in-law organized this trip to fulfill one of their father's dreams. They were not stopped by the fact that he now has limited mobility. They found the team at Egypt Accessible Travel, and that old dream began to come true. Our driver Ahmed, our Spanish-speaking guide Sherif, and Ahmed, the lovely man in charge of taking care of my father-in-law, allowed us all to descend to the bottom of a tomb in Saqqara and to the bottom of the catacombs in Alexandria. We couldn't believe it, but in the end, we did it. The service was attentive and efficient. Perfect. We were very fortunate and wholeheartedly recommend someone in our situation to embrace the support of the Egypt Accessible Travel team.
We decided to spend 5 days between Cairo and Luxor and having no information about accessibility in Egypt we decided to rely on them. They prepared a super complete itinerary with all the places of interest, they also organized internal flights, all transfers, hotels and guides in Italian. Fantastic experience and disabled I felt really supported in everything. They have stairlifts (thanks to which we were able to get inside a pyramid) and vans with ramp and throughout the trip we had with us the legendary Ahmed who helped me in everything. After these 5 days we moved to Sharm El sheik where they did their best to give me to the resort a wheelchair for swimming in the pool or the sea, and they always answered my every need. I highly recommend.
