Part 1 - The Tour: 5 stars The tour to Cholula and Puebla was amazing. Everything was very well organized, easy and enjoyable. A special thank you to our driver Angel and our guide Rene. They were excellent, very professional and friendly. For them, I would give 5 stars. Highly recommended. Part 2 - The Price: 1 star I bought the tickets on TripAdvisor for $198. On the day of the tour, I found out that the local operator, Amigo Tours, charges only $110 for 2 people for the exact same service, with the same guide and driver. I was the only one on the bus who paid this much, almost double the price for the same tour. I felt like an idiot. I understand now how this business works, but I felt it was very unfair. I will never book through TripAdvisor / Viator again.
It was beautiful my tour guide his name was Rene he was really friendly and gave us a lot of information during the tour. He was polite and gave us enough time to look around town without feeling we were in a hurry. And the drivers name was angel i felt safe with his driving he never looked impatient
Overall the tour is fine Alan very well guided But the option of ordering food is bad since the restaurant that has one does not include drink were mistaken for dish the waiter tried to charge high tip the moles were horrible
I booked the daytrip without the lunch. We stopped at Cholula, Tonantzintla, San Francisco Acatepec and then started the walking tour of Puebla. Our guide Alex was very interesting. Our driver Juanito drove very safely and smoothly in spite of the rainstorm we had for the return in the mountains between Puebla and CDMX. I had 2 hours of free time when the rest of the group had lunch in the artists neighbourhood near the Parian market. I went to the Biblioteca Parafoxiana, explored other beautiful streets and had a bite and cocktail on a rooftop for the view of the city.
Thanks for everything Alex and Juan, it was excellent,
Ángel was a very good guide; he explained everything very calmly and was a great help ☺️
Good trip to visit Puebla and enjoy the mexican food
It was really cool! Super understandable and very good work by the guide! :)
We had a fantastic day visiting Puebla, Cholula and Tonantzintla. The whole tour was very interesting, with beautiful architecture, fascinating history and some truly impressive sights. A special thank you to our guide, Paco, who was excellent throughout the day. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional, and explained everything clearly while making the tour enjoyable and relaxed. We really enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend this tour, especially with Paco as your guide. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Mexico! 🇲🇽⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This was a cool and easy tour of places outside Mexico City. I appreciated the dual language for all the tour goers and the stops we made were great! The one thing I would say is it might be a bit less busy and all of the locations during the week since I went on a Saturday tour
