We had a wonderful Pinocchio tour for kids at the Vatican. Our guide Donato, was fantastic. He engaged the children and was fantastic as he made a scavenger hunt which was very interesting along with lots of information and held their interest as well as the adults. We also enjoyed not having to wait in line and have all the attention on our little group. My granddaughter who has an Italian name thought it was great the way Donato pronounced her name. We would definitely recommend this tour. It was also long enough but not too long for children.
Knowledgeable guide made it fun for the kids by giving them games to play and educating them on the history of the art of the museums
WOW! I was glad we booked a private tour to bypass the lines, but the kid-friendly tour was a real treat for our 10 yr old son! Simona, our guide, was truly amazing. She was so attentive with him and beyond knowledgeable. A must do!
My wife and I were concerned about visiting the Vatican City and its sights with our 3 and 5 year old boys who can sometimes be noisy and crazy. We booked this tour and Alex our guide was absolutely awesome at engaging with the boys and keeping the tour exciting for them. My wife and I were able to enjoy the tour as well and look at things that interested us. I'd highly recommend taking this private tour with Alex if you have little kids.
We were fortunate to have Maria as our guide. She had this unique ability to engage all three kids in the history. Of the Vatican. She told The stories and the kids were eager to see what will happen next. She talked about the Vatican and the museum. And The Sistine chapel. What the Pope does and more. She also had a game contest going with kids against parents. It was a lot fun and educational. Highly recommend
This was such a fun experience for our whole family (Kids ages 11, 14, 15yrs)!! Simona was one of our favorite guides from our whole vacation--she was energetic, knowledgeable and very kind. Our kids were engaged from the first moment we started the tour thanks to a very fun competition Simona created. We learned an INCREDIBLE amount of information within such a brief period of time thanks to Simona's way of organizing our tour and preparing us for what we would see in Sistine chapel. My husband and I had been to the Vatican previously and feel like we learned so much more with a guided tour. The museum was busy but I think we were lucky in not having to wait too long to get into any particular exhibit so the time we spent was very efficient and got to see just about every major feature. It was definitely fast-paced but we were given the option to return to any exhibit after our tour was done. The organization and communication from the company was also great as we were running a bit late to start and they were great about adjusting our meeting time. Perfect for families wanting to have their kids have an incredibly fun and immersive learning experience!
Cristina was an absolute Vatican genius. The kids and parents learnt so much. We were really concerned how appropriate the Vatican was going to be for an 9 and 11 year old. WOW they learnt so much not just about the Vatican but Italy in general. Thanks so much for a magical few hours.
I'm just saying that we managed to stay 3 hours in the Vatican museums with a 5-year-old girl who already does not like to walk. Simona, the guide, fantastic. She managed to win over my daughter and it was such a beautiful visit (even for us adults). Highly recommended.
We had a great time with our guide Paola. Our 8-year-old daughter immediately went well with her, and Paola knew how to take her into all the museum’s stories, from ancient treasures and deities to Michelangelo’s genius! We didn’t see the time pass! Thank you.
