Everyone should get a hammam at least once in their life, tremendous experience We loved it
What an excellent experience! Rima was great. She gave me a Turkish bath and a massage. I really enjoyed the bath but the massage was sooo good!
Thank you so much for your lovely review! We’re thrilled you had such an excellent experience with Rima. We’re especially happy that you enjoyed the Turkish bath and that the massage was sooo good! We look forward to welcoming you back soon. Warm regards, Victory Spa

We have done another Hammam in IST so know what to expect. This was a unorganized. Massage was rushed, kids in the pool making noise so not very relaxing. Two people (not related) getting soapy loofa scrub on the same slab - really weird. Would not recommend.
Dear, We’re sorry your visit felt disorganised and failed to provide the calm, comfortable experience you expected. Feeling hurried through your massage while hearing noise from the pool understandably made it difficult to unwind. Your concern about unrelated guests being treated on the same slab deserves particular attention. We understand why that arrangement felt uncomfortable, especially for an experience described as a private Turkish hammam. The treatment setup and privacy arrangements should be clear before your session and consistent with what you booked. Please message us privately through Viator with your booking reference so we can look into the treatment timings and arrangements for your visit, and discuss an appropriate way to address your concerns. Thank you for being direct about what let you down. We’re sorry this visit gave you reasons not to recommend us. Kind regards, The Victory Spa Istanbul Team.
The experience was not bad, but it was not what I expected. The hammam itself was nice, but everything was rushed. From the massage to the sauna, and I was picked up in five minutes and taken to the hamam, and then it was all over. It was all rather rushed, and there were no snacks as promised, just tea and water. The place is also not very modern, more old-fashioned.
Thank you for sharing your experience so honestly. While we’re glad you liked the hammam itself, we’re sorry that the rushed pace left you disappointed rather than fully relaxed. You should have had time to unwind, not feel hurried between the sauna, massage and Turkish bath. We’re also sorry to hear that the snacks you had been promised were missing. These details matter, and we understand why the visit fell short of your expectations. We also appreciate your feedback on the décor and recognise that you were expecting a more modern setting. Please contact us privately through your booking platform with your reservation reference so we can look into the treatment timings and the inclusions listed for your package, and discuss how we can address your concerns. Thank you for explaining both what you appreciated and what let you down. Warm regards, The Victory Spa Istanbul Team

It was our first ever Turkish bath experience and we all enjoyed it very much. The service was great, the ladies who did the massages were very polite and friendly. The only criticism I would say, was that the pool was far too cold for my liking and the shower area needs abit of a touch up but overall we were happy with the service.

We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to Victory Spa İstanbul on your next visit.Warm regards, Victory Spa İstanbul Team
The spa is super well maintained, the facilities are so modern and pretty and the massages were fantastic. If i had more time in my trip i wouldve done it twice

Great experience with a very nice lady that was with me From the beginning till the end: very good massage, sauna, hamam with scrubbing and massage with foam !
Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re delighted to hear that you had a great experience from start to finish with our therapist, and that you enjoyed the massage, sauna, hammam with scrubbing and foam massage. Your feedback means a lot to our team. We look forward to welcoming you back to Victory Spa İstanbul soon! Warm regards, Victory Spa İstanbul Team
We had a very disappointing experience at Victory Spa. Since we were visiting for the day on a cruise, we booked a package for four people and specifically requested that we all go to the hammam together after our massages. Unfortunately, two members of our group were left waiting for nearly 50 minutes (one friend was put in sauna for 40 mins), which significantly disrupted our limited time ashore. To make matters worse, although we paid extra for a 50-minute massage, each massage lasted only about 25–30 minutes. The hammam experience was also cut short to approximately 10–15 minutes, despite the package advertising a 30-minute session. We paid $90 per person and did not receive the services that were promised. The facility itself was run-down, and the level of hygiene was far below expectations. There was also no privacy, as men and women were placed together in the same areas for both the massages and the hammam, which was unexpected and uncomfortable. When we raised these concerns with the manager, he simply told us there was nothing he could do, advised us to contact Viator directly regarding any refund, and said we were free to leave whatever review we wanted. Overall, we are extremely disappointed with both the quality of the services and the way our concerns were handled. We would not recommend Victory Spa based on our experience.
Thank you for your detailed review and for taking the time to share your experience with us at Victory Spa İstanbul. First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the disappointing experience you and your group had during your cruise visit. We understand how frustrating it must have been, especially with your limited time ashore. We would like to clarify a few points: We have 3 massage rooms, which allows us to serve up to 3 people simultaneously. For your group, we suggested a 2+2 schedule because we wanted to avoid having one person wait. We recall that you accepted this arrangement. Your Turkish hammam session was held in a private hammam reserved exclusively for your group. However, the sauna, steam room, and pool are shared facilities, and this information is clearly stated in the package details on our online booking platforms (including Viator). That said, the shorter massage durations, the early end to the hammam session, and the overall experience not meeting your expectations are unacceptable to us. We are reviewing these issues and implementing necessary improvements. To make up for the inconvenience you experienced, please contact us directly so we can personally assist you: info@spavictory.com or WhatsApp: +90 537 350 14 57 We would like to find a suitable solution for you. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back on your next visit to Istanbul and provide the experience you deserve. Thank you for your understanding. Victory Spa İstanbul Management
