The driver was more than an hour late, and we were continuously misled about when he would arrive at the airport. He did nit show up where he agreed to show up. It took 6 phone calls to connect. When we met he was not recognizable as a driver and the car was a mess. We refused the ride after a 1.5 hour delay.
The driver was late we confess but he delayed because of the rain. The car wasn't clean from outside because of the rain but it is a new Car not a mess as the guest mentioned. I explained the situation for the guest I don't accept how he describe the driver. The rain is out of our control.
We selected the option of no specific vehicle, we just want to get to the airport safely and on time (paraphrased). Our car was a nice SUV and was excellent transport for $25 for two of us.

Very informative and took us to a few mosques off the tour path. It was Ramadan and a lot of stores were closed but guide gave great tour of the city center. Lunch was excellent!
We arrived on 30th Dec 2023 early morning, and didn’t know need to go outside to meet the driver. He contacted us and was very friendly to pick us up. The car is comfortable, nothing to complain. He speaks English well, we felt safe and enjoyed our one hour journey. Halo Egypt tours is very reliable and worth of trust. I highly recommend this airport transfer to all visitors to Cairo.

The guide came on time and the car was clean and comfortable and I enjoyed watching the views all the way from the car and the driver knew the shortest ways in the city.
