If you fail to call the emergency contact number within 60 minutes of the actual landing time for airport collections, and as such the service provider is not made aware of the problem, the service will be considered a no show.

Driver was waiting for us at arrivals area, friendly with little English spoken. Promptly walked to his car and he promptly drove us right to the doors at cruise terminal. No chit chat while driving ,which for us having not slept for over 35hrs travelling to Rome, was much appreciated.
