Thank you for your feedback. The Large Van was the vehicle category selected and confirmed at the time of booking, so this is the vehicle we reserved and dispatched for your service. While there were ultimately only two passengers travelling, our pricing is based on the vehicle booked rather than the final number of passengers. We therefore provided exactly the vehicle that had been requested. We appreciate your comments and always recommend confirming both the passenger count and vehicle category when making a reservation to ensure the most suitable option is selected.
