NOT private. Opportunistic.
This is not necessarily private. We were three and booked a mini van (which you pay more for). So they took that opportunity to book another group in the same van. So we had to go to another terminal to pick them up. Then dropped them off first. Which added at least another 30 minutes to our ride to the hotel. I will not use them again. False advertising.

Just take a taxi
I arrived at the airport early, cleared customs on time, get to the pick up area no driver. 47 minutes has passed and finally i get picked up by Sonia who was awesome.

Not what i booked
We booked a private pick up. When the driver came he was taking us and another 2 people. While I didnt mind sharing the van with others, we had to wait close to 30 minutes for the people to arrive. The whole point of us picking a private pick up was to minimize waiting for a ride. Disappointed

The driver was more than...
The driver was more than 30 minutes late. Usually the transportation company is at the exit holding a sign. This driver was nowhere to be found. I had to call multiple times.
