Viator partner didn’t show up
Driver did not show up. I received a message to call the driver in the Viator app and when I called, it was a call centre. The operator said it would be 20 minutes. I had provided flight information so no reason why the driver should not have been there. Airport was closing and after waiting for 40 minutes after our arrival, we took a cab so we wouldn’t be stranded in a closed airport with all cabs and tour operators gone.
Operator response
Dear Jodie. We sincerely regret that your experience did not meet expectations and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Our team is currently reviewing the situation in order to take the necessary actions and prevent similar issues in the future. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.

Would do it again.
Our driver was waiting with a clearly marked sign and ready to go as we exited the airport. He was super friendly and gave us lots of information about the area. I would definitely recommend!

Transfer from airport to Dreams
Our taxi from the airport to our hotel went well! The driver had a sign with my name as soon as we walked out of the airport. He was very helpful and a good driver.
