Excellent transportation service, the drivers were super friendly, respectful, and very punctual. The units are very clean. I will definitely book with them again.

Terrible service! Do not hire them, the driver was rude and arrogant, they did not want to take my baby's stroller, nor did they want to provide the hotel-airport transfer service that I had already paid for, because I called to report the driver and, besides not providing the service, they also did not want to give me a refund for it.
Estimada Sra. Atentamente, The Paraiso Huatulco Team

This is a seamless experience. You walkout of the airport and your driver is there with your name on it. Well worth the money

I really did not like it. There was no sign with the family's name. And it was very difficult for me to get assigned a transportation. I hope that this Friday the 19th, when they come for us at the hotel, there will be no problem.
Estimada Sra. The Paraiso Huatulco Team
Great experience with the airport transfer. Communicative on WhatsApp to confirm timings, and clean, well sized van to transport our 9 person family. Would use them again.
