If you need another schedule, you can request it without problem. • This service corresponds to private transfers between Cusco Airport and hotels located within the historic center. Additional charges may apply if you choose accommodation outside this area.

I do not recommend this company. We arrived from Brazil directly to Cusco on an Avianca flight, which was delayed about an hour. In addition, the immigration was extremely full, which took us an additional hour to leave the airport. When we arrived at the landing area, there was no one from the agency waiting for us. The company did not even track the status of the flight or considered the time it took to pass the immigration, which is quite common on international flights. The worst part is that the airport does not offer free Wi-Fi. I was just with my 10-year-old son and we were completely lost, without any guidance. I had to hire an internet package to get in touch with the company. Only then did I find out that the driver was waiting inside the van, in the parking lot, and that no one would do the reception of the passengers. At no time were we informed that this would be the procedure. If we knew, we'd have gone straight to the parking lot, avoiding all the mess. To my surprise, as soon as we arrived at the hotel, exhausted from the trip, we had barely finished check-in and we were already asked to do an evaluation of the company. I found this attitude completely inappropriate, because at that time we had not even received the services contracted and we still did not know what the experience would be during the trip. Unfortunately, the lack of support became evident from the first contact and this was only the beginning of the problems we had with the company throughout the trip. For all this, I do not recommend.
