Find another transfer company
Do yourself a favour and don’t use this company for transfers. Our flight arrived early and no sign of our driver, whilst other transfer companies arrived to collect their passengers. Requested a refund and this has been rejected by them, the very company that failed to transfer us to our hotel. What a terrible way to begin our stay in Paris. Would appreciate assistance from TripAdvisor for a refund. This company appears to take your money upfront and not show up or monitor your flight stays which is stated as part of the service.

Ride from CDG to Paris
Great experience! Our driver was very communicative, right on time and was easy to find. The car was right there and not a far walk from baggage claim. He was very nice and fun to talk to during our ride to Paris. Highly recommend!

Perfect way to spend a day in Paris
We had a superb guide who was not only knowledgeable but fun too. He made the whole tour meaningful, informative and yet fun. We walked most of the day but never felt tired. I must say the success of the tour was totally due to our Irish guide( maybe he mentioned his name somewhere but it never occured to me to ask him again

Romain is the best!! He is perfectly communicative for necessary arrangements and we found each other very easily. The ride was the most welcoming we could hope for! Romain is a true expert and provided thoughtful recommendations for my trip. Will be booking for my departure as well. I will be recommending Romain/RMD to any friend asking for recommendations in Paris!

Reliable and efficient ride to the airport
Great transfer. On time, no surprises, all good. He helped with our bags and made sure we were comfortable in the car. No issues.

Recommended BUT.........
Even though the ride was really late , which it should not have been late at all, because we book private rides all the time and they are always waiting for us. At the end the driver was super nice and the ride was quick and smooth. No issues on that part, but they really need to make sure that drivers are on time, because after a 9 hour flight last thing you want to do is to wait for your ride at the airport.
