For delayed flights, we have a maximum tolerance time of 60 minutes from the original flight schedule. If your arrival is delayed for more than 60 minutes, it will be considered a "no show", meaning you will not be able to access the services previously reserved. The cancellation of the flight by the Airline will also be automatically considered as No show.
On the other hand, if you opt for the transfer from the hotel to Cancun Airport , please note that the maximum waiting time in the lobby is 05 minutes. This ensures fast and efficient management for all.

Very smooth and courteous airport transfer
Very smooth transfer. They use what’s App and gave good detailed pickup info. Our driver was at pickup area outside airport as instructed. Jonathan was a safe and courteous driver and did not talk too much on the 40 min drive like some do. We will repeat transfers in Cancun with them. Please note in Cancun airport after you get bags and exit Customs, the airport staff will try to “steal” your transfer and act like you have the wrong company and act concerned. Ignore them and walk on outside the building like your text message says. Then outside you have to walk another 150’ past 15 “taxi” stands that will also try to “help” you, ignore them too and just past them your driver will be standing there under canopy with sign that he already sent you pic of via welcome text.

Great Transportation to PDC

They communicated very...
They communicated very well before arrival, and once we arrived they were waiting for us. They also were exactly where they said they would be. Offered to stop if we needed to. And the driver did not drive like a crazy person.
