You will start this activity arriving at the meeting point, Marina Adventure Bay located at the Tortugas beach pier at Km 6.5 of Kukulcán Boulevard, you can also purchase this activity with the transportation service included, explore the list of hotels on our purchase page, If yours does not appear, you can contact us at 9985803350, we will gladly assist you. The sailing adventure towards Isla Mujeres begins with the pick-up at your hotel in case you have contracted the service, the pick-up time will be informed after you have purchased the Tour.
When you arrive at the Marina, go to the dock ticket office to check-in, provide your reservation details, the host will guide you to the waiting room and even get on your boat. Once you arrive at your boat, step on board for safety instructions and get ready for an unforgettable experience. Our hosts will serve you delicious drinks from the open bar throughout the tour. All you have to do is let yourself be pampered.
You will be able to enjoy the warm waters of the calm Caribbean Sea exploring it during Snorkeling, where you will be able to swim among marine life and fauna; fish, molluscs, crustaceans and corals of the colorful El Meco reef. Our guides will provide you with the snorkeling equipment you will need to carry out this activity and will guide you through the best places on the reef so that you can also marvel at its sculptures. Don't forget to always follow the instructor. At the end of snorkeling, our hosts will serve you a delicious snack as a courtesy.
We will make a stop at the largest natural pool in Latin America and one of the most beautiful beaches in the world "North Beach" to enjoy its fresh and crystalline waters.
At our next stop you can enjoy the facilities of the Beach club, where you will enjoy an international buffet and open bar. Here you can choose the guided tour activity to walk around the island and visit the main historical, interesting and cultural places, dare to know the Mayan ruins of the Goddess Ixchel (additional cost) or you can choose to stay in the facilities; swim in the pool, beach or just relax and unwind at the Beach Club.
We will make a stop in the beautiful town of Isla Mujeres, where you can walk freely and explore its streets, you can also take a look in the shops and take a souvenir. As a courtesy you will have a tequila tasting. Once free time in the town is over, it is time to board the boat back home.

DO NOT GO WITH THEM! There’s cheaper ones you can get, I recommend either the ferry or get on cheaper ones, also the guy on the boat charged us $85 for 2 people for one hour for the golf carts and after we got off we’ve asked around how much for golf carts and the companies were charging $40 for one hour for 2 or $80 for 4 hours, I strongly do not recommend also the food was horrible !

Excellent, I went alone and had the best time, the staff was friendly and attentive to every detail, I recommend it if you come alone or with family, I found friends there.
The experience is good, we got pickup at the and dropped of after the experience. We have the chance to be in Paloma boat and the crew was good. I wish we could see the statues under the water but we didn’t
Overall a very good experience. Staff on the boat were very attentive to the group's needs. Alcohol was generous. Lunch was OK at Zaza. Would comment that boat was somewhat crowded. Also travel time across lagoon was very slow as boat never made much speed. One small complaint tho - was supposed to adults only but not 100%.
We booked an All Inclusive Catamaran tour through Viator with Carribean Golden. The day did not unfold as per the itinerary and we feel like we absolutely did not get the experience we were sold on the excursion ad. Firstly, our transportation picked us up at 8:00am and then had to double back as they seemed lost in picking other guests up. Upon arrival to the pier, we had to wait in the heat for over an hour before boarding the boat.. The quality of the food provided was sub par (sandwiches with partially melted cheese). Then upon boarding the boat, we discovered our particular catamaran had no sun shade whatsoever. The heat today was neat 40 degrees "real feel" and to spend all day in that kind of heat without shade was unmanageable. However, the biggest issues came with the timing. While the Snorkeling was fine, we arrived at Isla Mujeres at almost 1:15pm and were informed that we were to explore the town and return for 2:50pm to go for lunch. My elderly in laws were with us and had not eaten since the sandwich at the pier, which was hardly a sufficient snack. Being in their 70s, they needed to eat and so we had to pay for food in Isla Mujeres as the buffet was a couple hours away still. The heat was extreme and while this is not the fault of the tour provider, other boats had visibly better sun coverage than ours. We ultimately departed Isla Mujeres for the "beach club" and lunch. After almost another hour at snail pace on the sea, we arrived at 3:50pm. We asked how long we'd be allotted (as the itinerary indicated approximately 2 hours) and we were told the captain decides timing. Upon arrival we were given 1 hour. 1 hour instead of 2 to eat and "enjoy the beach". My elderly in laws were celebrating their anniversary and with the line ups at the buffet, they didn't even have enough time to enjoy the beach. The food at the buffet was awful and flavorless. We did not visit Playa Norte as advertised, got little to no time to enjoy the beach and were subjected to intense heat and rushed timing for no apparent reason. To say we were dissatisfied would be an understatement. This tour did not unfold as per the itinerary and when we brought our concerns to Viator and requested a partial refund given that we didn't even get to experience everything sold to us, the tour provider refused to provide any money back and didn't bother to respond to my email with concerns. We won't be booking with them ever again, not through Viator for that matter and would strongly encourage others not to either. There are plenty of other Catamaran tour companies that care more about providing the experience they advertise.
