We’ll pick you up directly from your Tokyo accommodation between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM, depending on your preference. Disneyland Tickets are included however are non-refundable at time of booking. Cancellation can be made 3 days before the trip date for a partial refund excluding booked tickets. Sit back and relax in a spotless, comfortable private car. After arrival, your chauffeur can provide simple support inside the park — like recommending a route, highlighting must-see spots, or helping you navigate the app. Please note this is not a formal guide service. Throughout the day, we’re available to support communication, help take photos, and ensure you enjoy a smooth, stress-free Disney experience. After the day’s adventures, we’ll escort you back to your accommodation safely and comfortably.

I would give 0000 if it was possible. It was advertised as Disneyland or Sea tickets with a taxi ride to and from the park. The cost was $674, with the driver included we were ok with that. When we git to the park, the bar code that we received was not tickets to the park, upon contacting the tour operator they said tickets to Disney were not included despite the digital copy of the initial that I sent to them. (Why would we spend that much for a taxi). They are refusing to refund our money saying we git the ride there, we suggested taking a reasonable taxi fair ($90), and refund tge rest, they will not. We received notice from Viator that we can get $135 refunded. We had to pay again to get into the park. Definitely do not recommend this tour operator.

After reviewing your booking, we confirmed that it was made in November 2025, when this product included a private chauffeur with waiting time and parking at the park, but did not include admission tickets. At the time of booking, the product description stated that park entry tickets were not included. We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to arrive expecting admission to be included. In fact, after receiving similar feedback from guests, Viator recommended that we revise this product to avoid future misunderstandings. We agreed, and the listing has since been updated so that our current Disney products clearly reflect what is included. Regarding your refund request, because the transportation service was provided as booked, we were unfortunately unable to issue a full refund. However, we worked with Viator throughout the process, and they offered a partial refund in accordance with their policies. We sincerely regret the misunderstanding and appreciate your feedback, as it helped us improve the product for future guests. We wish you and your family all the best and hope you were still able to enjoy your time at the park.
We really enjoyed our drive. Lee was very proffesional and made our experience wonderful. Do not hesitate. The ride is comfortable. The car is very clean and he had water for us. Disney is about 30 minutes from our hotel. The driver parked close to entrance. He was waiting at the same spot to pick us up.
