The Reykjavik CatWalk Join us in Reykjavik for a Cattastic private Walking tour of downtown Reykjavik. This is a private City Walking Tour with a firm focus on our feline companions. We will even explore tails from Cat’s Hiss-story throughout the world. Included in our tour is even a visit to a coffeehouse to sip on Coffee or Hot Cocoa and taste Icelandic pastry. If we are fur-fortunate enough and the Cat gods allow, there is the Paw-sibility that we catch a glimpse of the most famous Cats of downtown Reykjavik, Baktus, Jonsi, and Ofelia to name a few. We will start up by the pillars at Ingólfur Square and our final destination is the Statue Garden of Einar Jonsson by Hallgrimskirkja Church. This is a Purrfect 2 hour City Walk in Reykjavik for Cat Lovers

Bardi, the outstanding guide, was very knowledgeable on Icelandic history, mythology and the city. He blended mythology, city, and cats. This was the best tour I every took. Well worth it and highly recommended. The cats were wonderful and all had their own personalities. It was a treat to experience how the cats are love, respected, and part of this wonderful city. It was more than just cats. A MUST for all cat lovers. Thank you Bardi for a wonderful and memorable day.
This is a fun and very informative tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable on Nordic mythology and Icelandic history. He took us to meet his 3 cats; as well as the local “celebrity” cats. You’re also treated to a hot drink and treat at one of the local cafes. I highly recommend this tour.
Bardi was a wonderful guide. The tour was perfectly tailored to our ages and physical capabilities, and we met many cats, as well as getting great stories and truths about Iceland.
Maria G was very personable, and knowledgeable about the history of Reykjavik. Had a great time learning about the history of the area whilst searching for the local cats!
Maria G. was a fantastic guide! She was very knowledgeable and knew that best places to spot the feline celebrities! We enjoyed the fun facts and stories she told, as well as the recommendations she made! We highly recommend this tour and definitely Maria G. a guide!
Our first day in Iceland we went on the Cat Tour! It was a great way to start our vacation. Bardi was an awesome guide. He was friendly, up-beat and very knowledgeable. We spent the rest of our trip looking for the locals (the cats) and matching them with what Bardi told us their names were. Excellent tour.
We had the best tour guide: Kristin. She was lovely and knowledgeable. We were able to see many cats including a few of the “famous” Reykjavík cats. And had a wonder break at the cat cafe. We learned a lot of about the city as we went on our tour. Highly recommend the tour and Kristin!
Our guide, Barda, was great, and he gave us a very whimsical and fun tour around the main downtown area in Reykjavik. Seeing how local shop owners treat street cats so humanely (some of them would lay on top of brand new clothing items inside those shops) was so refreshing. The cats themselves were classic feline characters. We also learned about the history and some folklore of this beautiful and mysterious land. The Cat Cafe was the best part for me, knowing that the owners there will host cats until they get adopted made my day. I will recommend this tour to every cat lover out there.
We had a blast, we got to see lots of cats! Enjoyed this tour! Would highly recommend if you love cats
