Private Pilotage of a Flight Simulator in Paris

Round-trip flights connecting Paris and Athens, many French: not a single comment in French, the hostesses were not friendly (even unpleasant), looking down on us, not a word of French..... we will not use this company again

I had the chance to do a simulator flight at the Novotel CDG and it was a truly exceptional experience. The instructor was not only very friendly, but also extremely pedagogical: he explains with simplicity all the instruments of the cockpit, which immediately puts at ease despite the multitude of buttons that impress at first glance. My daughter, who was a co-pilot, was able to participate actively in takeoffs and landings, which made the moment even more magical for both of us. A real pleasure from start to finish. I would also like to highlight the professionalism of AviaSim: our voucher was purchased from a subcontractor who went bankrupt, and AviaSim took over the service without any difficulty. Exemplary business behaviour. Bravo and thank you to the whole team for this great experience.

I had the pleasure of testing the simulator of a Boeing 737 located in the Pullman Hotel next to Bercy Village. I was able to do 3 laps on Hong Kong, Ajaccio and Fort de France with different weather conditions. This allowed me to see the impact of a barley on the flight. It’s very realistic on the Ave cockpit side a number of operations have been performed on heading, attitude and speed The flat is the state of the more than obsolete seats The instructor was very good. He easily answered all our questions. It's still a great experience

No one ever answers the phone or the emails sent, so why did they open this company? I took a 2h formula with my works council, no one is able to answer my questions by email and no one answers the phone. It's been X times that I call and send emails, they don't give a damn. I'm going to ask my works council to pay me back.

Simulator down the first time and therefore a move for nothing. On the other hand everything went well the second time with an excellent instructor and 3 take-offs/landings. A great experience in the end!

I strongly advise against it. I booked a duet pack in November 2024. I had to block the date in early March to get a Saturday off to take my son to 3:00. The same day I get a call telling me that it would be 15 minutes late. Before I even had time to call back I received an email telling me that my session was moved to 3:30 pm without even asking my opinion. I'm trying to get back in touch. I can't get anyone. Half an hour later, another person (instructor) tells me that she saw my reservation at 3:30 pm and asks me if I am ok to move it to 4 pm!... I protest explaining that I had booked months ago for 3pm and I am told that now there are people from the hotel who can come the same day... like this at the last moment!! What a lack of care for his clientele! By consulting Apple's "Maps" to get there, the GPS sends me to an address where there is indeed marked Aviasim on the glass but the premises have become empty. They've moved and are badly referenced. I had been to these premises once before and no alert is sent to former clients specifying a change of address. So we're 10 minutes late. The instructor tells us it's our fault and he won't be able to catch up. However, previous customers are still here! And they ended up going out at 4pm (even though I had made it clear that 4pm was too late). The session lasted 40 min instead of one hour. Unacceptable. No commercial move. Run away. The price is not up to the seriousness of the service.

After a mixup on dates and times on my part, the staff was very helpful in fixing the my mistake. I flew the A320. The instructor was very friendly and accommodating as I've spent lots of time in sims, but 737's. We spent time going over the differences between the 737 vs the 320. I was able to adapt quickly. I found the A320 easy to fly after a quick brief. I highly recommend coming here as the place is easy to reach friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Next time I'm back in Paris I will make some time to go back.

I indicated a visit date since I have no other choice but I never had the time to "play with the broom handle"!! My girlfriend offered me a "Fighter Plane Discovery Pack" but when it came to wanting to book, I got into something of a void. No online reservation possible: you must therefore call this or that email. In both cases, I had all the difficulties to get a return and it was impossible for me to finalize an appointment: the rare times I had a contact pretending to take an interest in my case and I had the opportunity to express a preference / wish of date, I never had a return confirming my reservation. Conclusion, the theft is real since they sell performances that they do not honor later by playing the clock. Obviously, if they have collected the payment, the pack has a reservation deadline...!! In short, go your way If any of this super company comes across this comment, here's the mission number... Great experience, informative, warm welcome, the instructor Ryan is super friendly, very attentive, and a real captain so young and already so experienced.
