Driver was wonderful, however the car was not suited for the passengers & bags, 4 guests 4 carry on + 04 checked - specified from booking. Contacted the company and they did not respond.
Dear Guest, You booked an MPV5 vehicle for your journey. However, you were travelling with eight suitcases, which would not reasonably fit in the luggage capacity of an MPV5. For this amount of luggage, a larger vehicle or van would have been required. Unfortunately, the vehicle selected at the time of booking was not suitable for the number of passengers and amount of luggage. Our driver drove his own car. It was dirty and needed to be vacuumed terribly. Our luggage barely fit in the back of his car. He drove with the windows down, and only offered AC after 30 minutes of driving. We only had 10 minutes left of our trip at that point. I was expecting a more professional experience.
