Fabulous out of city tour - not to be missed

I am so glad the rules changed to offer this out of city centre tour as it was fabulous. Our driver, Eamonn was so knowledgeable, very helpful and kind. The views were simply out of this world and the visit to the oldest church at the top of the hill was superb. We were able to stop and witness the superb views over Florence and Eamonn explained well about the history of many places in Florence, including the fabulous wine windows. It was a fantastic tour and I am so pleased we were able to experience this out of city tour.

Great way to see Florence

Wonderful bird’s eye view of the beautiful city. A great way to get an idea of the lay of the land in a comfortable, open air golf cart. Perfect for the summer heat. Our tour guide (Iman) was excellent!

Meh experience!

Not much to see in Florence to be honest- guide was also just present- maybe this was the problem. I’d say save your money for other experiences.

Great experience

Super 1.5 hrs. The guide explained things super well and was considerate of us when we wanted to take photos. We were traveling with a wheelchair. The assistance with loading and unloading was great. Thanks Ayman! 😊 Received lots of lovely information and tips for our further stay. The trip went primarily into the hinterland; the major sights directly in the city could not be visited due to the city's restrictions.

Just do it! So fun and you learn.

A great way to go through the streets of Florence and hearing about the history. It’s a little something different and nice to get a rest after walking around the city. Our guide Tomaso (Tom) was entertaining from the second he picked us up until he dropped us off. He told us a lot of interesting tidbits about the city as he was born and raised there. And we also learned a little about his life and being a teacher in the area. Our group consisted of three retired teachers, so that was interesting to us. I definitely recommend a tour like this. I had been to Florence two other times and I would definitely do this again and opt for the longer tour.
